My go to spot for great pizza. Best pizza in the neighborhood!! But they have recently closed the chelsea location.. so many years its been there. Hope it’s temporary and not permanent. Anyone know why they are closed ?!! ?

I had a terrible experience here. The tables were not clean. There was trash all over the tables and floor. The manager seemed annoyed that my group and I weren't ordering faster. The meatballs tasted like nothing (no seasoning). The bbq chicken pizza immediately gave me diarrhea when I got home about four times. They didn't want to cook anything fresh when we came in. We probably ate food that was sitting out all night. To get to the bathroom, you have to take an adventure downstairs. The bathroom isn't clean. I highly recommend NOT coming in here and ordering.

No customer service with rude “manager”. The reason they behave like is they don’t expect repeat customers. Most of their customers are tourists who are not going visit them again either.We got slices of pizza and they burned it (see the picture). When I went to the manager to tell him that I don’t eat burnt pizza, he was like “it’s beautiful” and that “you don’t know pizza”.Avoid them if you don’t want to face a rude guy with the worst pizza in NYC.
