Schilling - New York

I particularly enjoyed the cucumber dill salad at this restaurant, and I can be quite picky about salads. The mushroom meatballs were also delicious, but I still have more dishes to try on their menu.

The apple strudel was very soft and delicious, but it should have been separated from the cream and ice cream. It would have been better if it was in its own bag away from the hot food. The Viennese schnitzel sandwich was disappointing as the chicken had strange pieces in it that made it inedible. The fries were bland and not very flavorful. The crispy Brussels sprouts were okay, but not something I would order again. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent!

We have made a reservation for party of 3, we were placed on a community table because of the lack of availability there is little space to eat, the waiters repeatedly rode in chairs when they serve other sides. the cauliflower was out, so if u is a vegetar too bad. they have tried, but overall not worth going back

We chose our Thanksgiving dinner at schillings and we were very satisfied with eating. it was a three-course meal and all the courses were delightful. my favorites was the suppe, truthahn, sweet potato brûlée and the apfelkuchen with ice. really everything was amazing and then to complete it from the service was excellent! if I lived in new york, I would definitely be a master guest in this restaurant.
