Going there a weekday in the afternoon was ideal. Only a few people and no waiting in line. Loving the non dairy shakes!!

The employees here that work for this company are awesome like. I was never a fan of this place although i've never tried it and 1 of my co workers told me to eat here and I was like coming here every other day .. they all respectful and gets people moving I work for Brooklyn Volkswagen .. Over salted. Fries were drenched in salt and the onion rings were so salty no one was able to enjoy them. The burgers were also over salted.

DONT COME HERE BECAUSE ALL THE WORKERS ARE RUDE EVEN THE MANAGER. YOU WAIT A ALONG TIME TO GET YOUR FOOD. There’s no management! I’m calling the BBB and reporting this place. I ended up getting my money back for waiting so long for my food. They were yelling at the delivery ppl. The manager is a black girl that looks like she is in her 20’s and she was rude and she had a screw face she didn’t smile or nothing.

Two stars because the food is pretty good. But I am literally appalled by the service.. waited for 10minutes not 1-5 10minutes and no one acknowledged me no one said wait a second we are busy. Literally silence then no hello when they got to the register just a head nod with an airpod in. This ruined my experience with the smash burger brand and this is the first time I ordered it In person I normally order it for delivery. Will never order from this brand again and steer friends away from them.
