My family enjoyed the Classic Tonkutsu and my son and I loved the vegan robbers. The only thing I found strange was that there was no vegan protein, although the menu said soy protein (consumed tofu), but that could have been a misunderstanding on my part. Anyway, the raven was the sky and I tried so many raven sites (not in NYC) and this is definitely out in its own unique way. That's definitely on my top five wheel spots I was with.
They don't have many vegan options, but the vegan Ginger Ramen is just delicious. I also ordered Edamame, but you must mention that it must be vegan because they usually use fish oil. In general, it is a beautiful place and the staff is very polite. But it is very popular so you might have to wait or make a reservation.
Maybe I'm a ramen snob? I tried a lot of raven places. The setting was high, the appetizer was pretty good, but the smoker was forgotten. It has used fresh ingredients, but simply not that umpf factor in terms of taste. There is only a vegan ramen option here. If you're looking for a greater variety of vegan arms, with much more unforgettable taste, I highly recommend checking Ramen Ishida in downtown.
I walked pst today and remembered that I’ve had many excellent meals in here and never reviewed. I have to go back now that it’s possible again.
This place is just so awesome! I recommend sitting at the bar. The bartenders are so experienced and making a cocktail is like performance art. They put a lot of time and love into the drinks. The food is amazing too!! The hot edamame is honestly amazing. Ramen is the best vegan ramen over ever had, but the edamame is on a whole new level. MUST TRY!!!
