Upon seeing me, he threw his hands up and mouthed a curse word. He then asked for my order repeatedly—more than five times—before even making a single sandwich. He informed me that I would have to be patient because it was just him working, and he felt “lazy.” I thought it was a joke, but it took him from 7:40 PM to 8:00 PM to make just two sandwiches. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but after this experience, I will never return. It was truly disgraceful.
