Contribuer aux commentairesThe sauce bottles are dirty and slimy, the bread is old and hard, the soda machine is dirty and some of the flavors don't work. Veggies are wet, wilted, and slimy. I heard a customer complain and wanted to get in contact with the owner, so the employee told her to keep talking because the owner can hear her through the camera instead of giving the customer information to contact customer service. Very rude, poor food, locals don't trust due poor reputation from past ownership and from current experiences.
Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes watching people walk in and get served. The girl looked over and saw me waiting to order multiple times but ignored me and only catered to people inside that arrived after I had been waiting for quite a while. I don’t mind waiting. But she could have at least acknowledged me or told me she would be with me soon. It was very apparent she had no intentions of trying to help me.
Ordered a BLT. Clerk asked if I wanted vegetables with it. I questioned what she meant. Her reply, Lettuce and tomato! Isn 't that what a BLT is? ?
Your order is what you expect, but the southern hospitality sets this Subway apart. Our whole family ordered subs without asking for drinks, and when we sat down to eat, one of the employees (Laura? brought water cups to our table. A very sweet gesture!
I was next in line, employee as to excuse to refill cheese and the like. Another employee jumps in to fill an digital order. She proceeds to use up all the meatball marinara supply. I had come in for a 6-in meatball marinara but there wasn't anything to make it.They offered, if I wanted to wait some more, they would get it together but it was going to take a little time. How generous? They didn't deserve my business and I believe they don't really care.
