Perkins Bakery - Newburgh

10/10 perkins always tends to satisfy me perfectly chef perfect waitress juni 21,2022 ty so much? would not have thought that I will be so fast full

I ordered door dash, and Perkins gave my order out to the wrong person. My dasher called me and the manager (an Asian male) started arguing with him stating that there’s nothing they can do. $50 worth of food and he yelled at my dasher. If I can rate below one star I would. Poor customer service all around !

We were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress didn't immediately ask us if we wanted anything to drink. She passed our table and acknowledged the people opposite us who arrived after my fiance and I did. After walking back and forth a couple of times she then came to our table and asked if we wanted something to drink. We asked for coffee and waited a bit for that. Even though we were ready to order, she left and came back a longer while later to take our order. 3 1/2 cups of coffee later, we had decided to just pay for the coffee and leave to somewhere else, just as we were about to leave, the waitress came with our order. We waited an hour for scrambled eggs and bacon, 3 eggs, bacon and sausage links with pancakes. Definitely disappointed. I wasn't going to leave a review but this has been the second time that we have experienced this at the Newburgh NY perkins location and I have to say we most likely will not dine at this Perkins location again. I would have at least expected out of common curiosity for the waitress to excuse the fact that our service was taking so long and why maybe but nothing. As soon as she arrived with our food she left out bill. Definitely not impressed. Food turned out cold even after waiting an hour. The only thing that was hot was the coffee.

Food took a while to come but so worth the wait. My first time there. Super delicious . Real the same as IHOP and Dennys but still good

This restaurant is pretty good if you're looking for your basic diner food, atmosphere is a breakfast/brunch place. The prices are decent and the wait staff is pretty good. I've had a few news here and my kids love coming here. Overall a comparable chain to Denny's or Cracker Barrel.
