Showplace Entertainment Center Burgh House

Our dinner there was superb!! My husband and I both had the candy bacon burger oh, and that was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. The food was very feeling we were full 4 hours afterwards LOL. Wait staff was very friendly Chef Briggs made an appearance in the dining room which was very impressive. Food was served in a timely manner. A place I will return to and recommend in the future.

I have been here twice now and both times it was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The first time we waited almost an hour for our food only to be told they couldn't find the ticket. So we just left. Tonight my husband and I went for dinner to try it again. We did at least get food, after roughly 45 min. I ordered fish and chips and my husband got a salad. The waitress was nice and she was basically the only one taking tables. I guess the issue is in the kitchen. I also observed another table of maybe 7 people get served their food over the course of at least 20 min. The food was pretty good, but it is not worth the hassle at all.

Beautiful burgh house! service was great and the food was delicious! they were so good! we've all shared each other since we've never been here and that was so great! the server has very well maintained with our refills and our eating fast (young dark head boy!) great service! our children were happy, so we were too!

We only went to the arcade part on the half-price playday. we had fun with many of the games, but many games didn't work and the scratch (they can win small rubber duck) game was almost completely empty. others had broken or sticking controllers that made it less pleasant to impossible. too much seems to be clamped in a place, so although it was not very crowded, it felt cramped.

Beautiful and clean local theater! not as many screens as some of the larger theater in the opposite, but this one still has a great selection of current films. concessions are not awfully expensive and there is a good looking casual restaurant plus family entertainment in the building. great place for a afternoon of fun with the family!
