Unlike your typical restaurant experience, this venue offers a unique concept where the chef and event host collaboratively plan the menu without any changes. The food was outstanding! To start, they served Lebanese coriander flatbread with hummus and beef. For appetizers, we enjoyed Scottish salmon on Yukon gold potatoes topped with chives. The main course featured clay-baked Mediterranean chicken thighs accompanied by apricot couscous. For dessert, we savored a cheesecake made with Scottish biscuits and a delicious crème brûlée. Overall, the food and the evening were truly amazing!
