Ribs N More - Newcastle

The Mama Cass hamburger is amazing! And macaroni and cheese is ridiculous it's good and I don't even like macaroni and cheese. Smoked beans are the best I've ever had!

We enjoyed our dinner. Our sandwiches had generous portions of meat, and the sides were definitely made in house. My son thought the macaroni and cheese was the best he had ever eaten. Still some kinks to work out, but overall it is much improved!

If I could put 0 starts I would, we waited are hour to get our food. All of the food was cold, the baked potato wasn?t done. The new owners suck they didn?t even come out from the kitchen to apologize that it took 1 hour just to get cold food. I do not recommend it was HORRIBLE!!!

The food took a while to arrive. The homemade potato chips were not good, as half of them were not crispy. The smoked chicken was extremely dry, and I had to rely on the BBQ sauce to be able to eat it. I am aware that this restaurant has new management and they may still be working out some issues. However, if the quality of the food does not improve, I doubt they will stay in business for long. The one positive note was that Jennifer provided excellent service.

Sort of mixed. Ribs and fried okra and the coleslaw were excellent. Chopped brisket was overly chopped with too much sauce and not even 3 oz of meat. Iced tea was likely instant or made several days ago. Wait staff cheerful and helpful.
