When we called to complain, they promised to add extra meat next time. However, this was not satisfactory as we will not be returning. The price difference between the meat pizzas and the vegetarian ones seems unfair, as it feels like we were overcharged.
I visited this restaurant after a night out with friends. When I entered wearing my exempt face covering badge, the shop owner shouted at me multiple times to wear a face covering. I tried to explain my reasons for not wearing one and the meaning of the badge, but the shop owner did not seem to care. He insisted that he would call the police if I didn't leave, stating a "no face mask, no order" policy. I explained that this felt like discrimination, but he remained unconcerned. The customer service was incredibly disappointing.
Avoid ordering from this restaurant. I received two wraps and chicken wings that were all pink. They refused to give a refund, only offering a replacement which I never received. Their attitude on the phone was disgusting. I even sent them a photo of the pink chicken, but they claimed it wasn't pink. They accused me of being drunk because I insisted on a refund. The food was terrible and the staff were rude. I am very disappointed.
It took hour and minutes for the food to arrive (we did delivery) and this was, of course, a ridiculous wait. The food was tasty enough, but comes at the cost of bad delivery times.
I saw first-hand the chef put his hands down his trousers to relieve an itch (I hope) and then rolled a wrap for another customer without washing his hands in-between. I said immediately to everyone in the store what happened and he threw a garlic...dip at me. Unless you fancy surprise extras in your food it's probably best to avoid.
