Kukurukoo Express - Newport

We went through town in this little place, and how happy we were! Excellent and authentic Mexican food. Roast Chicken was tender and tasty. Enchiladas were generous. We tried 4 pages: Tostones, Nopales, Maduros, along with brat and pint beans, served with rice. Everything was delicious! Very recommended!

Not much vegan on the menu unless you want to jump in. Pescatarian is 100% available here. We have the shrimp plate. Wow! Shrimp was huge and satisfied. You really know what they're doing here. Was a bit expensive, but Jumbo shrimps are usually. Was a short stop if really hungry during the discharges. Great place for carnivores.

Nicely prepared food. Fresh ingredients. Also great customer service. I recommend this to everyone I know!

Friendly place to get a whole chicken done right at a great price! Don’t believe the lower reviews. It’s cash only which is standard at this type of place.
