Service is extra bad. Not friendly or helpful. Barely waited on. Drinks never filled. Had to get up and ask for basic condiments. Pizza was reheated and still kind of cold. Red sauce was really salty. Desserts were stale, like they had been sitting for a while. Probably would have been good otherwise. Came here a while ago and it was considerably better but seems to have gone downhill.

I can’t believe I’m giving 5 stars to a pizza place in Newport News, Virginia! As a life long New Yorker I can be quite critical about pizza so I was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was here. The crust was thin and crunchy, sauce was so flavorful! Hoping to have business in Newport News again just to stop in for some really good pizza!
