Costa Coffee - Newton Aycliffe

My older vater is a regular customer of this costa, loves the coffee (and cake! but above all the friendly staff who go out of their way to make his visit comfortable and pleasant. I visited with him today and I could see what he thinks the personal today (becca, jordan and katie were excellent and a real credit to the company. it is so important to take care of their regular customers, especially in difficult times like this, and the personal here really go the extra mile. thanks!

We had a beautiful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff! My fiancé and I are vegan, and the amazing team took the time to wash all the equipment for us and went through the Allergen Book, helping us identify the ingredients. They guided us in finding which frostinos we could enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This is a new Costa location near the city center, making it convenient for parking or access, depending on your preference. The place has plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors, and has a cozy atmosphere. However, during my visit, they didn't have many options for takeout or cinnamon (which was disappointing).

Today, we were greeted by the always wonderful and friendly staff, in a bright and airy setting that makes it a pleasure to enjoy coffee with friends.
