Love her speciality crispy Nem Spring Rolls called Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa! Soooo good! I would have got 5 stars, but her first green series was limp and not fresh....

Loved the lunch we had here with the traditional nem nuong and à Saigon beer in iced glass. Try the cha lua and nem chua on the table too!
