Quán Phở Hồng Giang - Nha Trang

This is a simple corner Pho space, large Savory broth, nice cut beef, and all the right fixes for the right bowl of the Pho. Love that they give you many herbs and fresh chili to add even more taste. Pro-Tip in the end? You quickly cook steam the bean sprouts so that your Pho will not get cold when you add to your soup! Her pressed orange juice sprayer is also great, just some freshly pressed oranges with ice and simple syrup. At 40,000VND it is certainly not a bad thing! Restaurant is fairly clean by normal VN standards, so no worries on the hygiene front for these. I'm from the city, but have visited some times as a daily breakfast routine... and it's worth it!

Simply the best Pho ever! This is day 10 in Vietnam, and the absolute best one I have had yet. Ruggedly simple. Nothing fancy. Pure delicious!!!

Really delicious broth. No need for pho den or tuong ot. But ot sate is mandatory for me. Good quality rare beef. Greens already plucked. Noodles were just ok. Perhaps a little overcooked and a rough mouth-feel. Would definitely come back for the broth and beef.

Since there are many suspicious 5* google reviews on Nha Trang’s restaurants, hotels and spa shops, we therefore decided to go back to the basic and trusted our own instinct. Luckily, we discovered this local noodle stall where is just steps away from Sheraton Hotel. I would recommend its BUN BO HUE. Nothing fancy but the taste is just authentic. Date of visit: 27 Dec 2019
