Mcdonald's - Niagara Falls

I don’t give reviews often hell I only think I’ve made 3 or 4 and all amazing but this place was terrible. I came in last night through the drive thru and had lovely service the employee with the Pokémon cap deserves a raise she handled us perfectly. Everything else about the store is awful. I came in this afternoon wanting to get a quick chicken sandwich before I had to leave for Toronto and so I waited at the counter and made eye contact with an employee where she then pretended not to see me and ignored me. I said okay whatever I’ll use the kiosk, kiosk doesn’t work. So I go back to the counter and waits for the employee to finally take my order. I get a McChicken with no lettuce. The McChicken itself is the least complicated item on their menu it’s literally sauce chicken bun and lettuce. I go to check my sandwich and it’s covered in lettuce arguably more than the regular amount. How can it be so hard to remove an item from an already simple order. To make it harder for both parties by adding something that was explicitly asked to be removed has to be beyond nonsense. The other reviews about this place isn’t surprising when their staff can’t even remove lettuce from a chicken sandwich. Not to mention that by 3pm the floors were already sticky, tables were dirty, and it seemed like nobody knew how to clean up a mess.

We went to drive thru for some quick snack but the the person on speaker was so impatient , He didn’t even let us complete our order ? His name is JJ thats what we have been told. He really need to learn basic order taking skills …although the crew on the window was good .

Very bad behavior from the manager as we asked for employee discount. While asking for the employee discount instead of four foods he added one as ketchup that make as loss of one item. Date-october -8Time- 8.30pm. Try to be friendly with the customers.

If I could give 0stars I would I ordered skip as I am at work and when it came it was wrong and my donut had mold all over it and inside

Wow! Hot fresh food all around. I’m so pleased. Only thing I’d suggest is stop asking the guest if that’s everything over and over throughout the order. Other than that, the girl at the window was also very nice.
