Mcdonald's - Niagara Falls

Today, I stopped by for a quick chicken sandwich before heading to Toronto. I waited at the counter and made eye contact with an employee, but she pretended not to see me and completely ignored me. I thought, fine, I’ll try the kiosk, but it wasn’t working. So, I returned to the counter and waited for the employee to take my order. I asked for a McChicken without lettuce, which should be a straightforward request since the sandwich only has sauce, chicken, bun, and lettuce. When I checked my sandwich, it was overflowing with lettuce—arguably more than usual. How is it so difficult to take an item off such a simple order? It’s frustrating to have something unnecessary added instead of what was specifically requested. The negative reviews I've seen are not surprising at all, especially considering the staff can't even manage to customize a chicken sandwich correctly. To top it off, by 3 PM the floors were sticky, the tables were filthy, and it seemed like no one knew how to clean up properly.

We visited the drive-thru for a quick snack, but the person on the speaker was incredibly impatient. He didn’t even allow us to finish our order. We learned his name was JJ. He really needs to improve his basic order-taking skills. However, the crew at the window was friendly and helpful.

I had a disappointing experience with the manager when I requested an employee discount. Instead of applying the discount to our four food items, the manager mistakenly added a ketchup order, which resulted in us losing out on one item. This occurred on October 8th at 8:30 PM. It would be great if the staff could be more friendly and accommodating to customers in the future.

If I could give 0stars I would I ordered skip as I am at work and when it came it was wrong and my donut had mold all over it and inside

Wow! Hot fresh food all around. I’m so pleased. Only thing I’d suggest is stop asking the guest if that’s everything over and over throughout the order. Other than that, the girl at the window was also very nice.
