Subway - Niwot

The lady working would make a sandwich, remove her gloves, take the money then using her dirty hands she would put new gloves on again…. Didn’t wash her hands once.

They only had one person working, but made up for three. Super friendly and accurate.

Its a nice clean Subway and friendly staff but not a great sandwich. I got the BMT. The bread didn't taste fresh and skimpy on veggies. Only 6 olives on a foot long and 4 strips green pepper is not what I get At other Subways. They said thats required by owner to count 6 olives 4 strips pepper. Really not impressed by that sandwich today 2/15/2022 won't go again

Dude behind the counter was on his own but very good at what he did and I applaud him for not losing his cool while being slammed with a bunch of customers at once.

The food here is fine as with any subway. The problem is that there’s only ever one employee on staff so things run slow. I understand that everywhere is short staffed right now and I have no problem being patient but it is very annoying when I try to run in for a quick lunch on my way to work and the store is temporarily closed because the one employee has gone on their lunch break.
