Contribuer aux commentairesHmmmm, everything I can say is clear from this place. her customer service is good bad. they refused to deliver noodles and spring rolls and wait after 30 minutes, as I did not eat sushi and only came for the 2 foods, as my family loved sushi, was said to make them from early roll and dumplings take 10 minutes and are very hard. I said I waited for her. in the ground they hate being there, hate customers and hate cooking. eating is not excessively good, even if they get it, so I would go somewhere else. they are not there. Besides, I was overloaded, but I could not be harassed even to ask them to properly charge me. 0 star rating
Customer service is so bad here, they wait about 10 minutes to get the attention of the staff to a drink order or food order and even then they could not react or help to serve. the sushi series is good, but the hunch and takoyaki is never fresh and nothing is spectacular or unforgettable about the place. from the sushi train restaurants around adelaide this would be the cheapest, but I would still not recommend it.
We decided to go to Kintaro in Nourlunga for dinner even though I had noticed that their standards have droped to a very poor quality over the last year. We sat down and waited for about 10 minuets approx for one of the food attendants to take our drink order and in the end we had to flag one of the food attendants to to ask for some water. We then saw the food atendent (Marko) go to the kitchen and then resume walking around the restruant we then asked the supervising manager to see were our water was, she asked the food atendent (Marko) and he yelled back 'THEY ORDERD ONE MINUET AGO, ONE MINUET ' across the restruant in an angry tone. Visited on a Sunday around 12:30 and it was quite busy with extremely slow service. My sushi was sloppily made but still tasted good. Would still return if near by but would'nt go out of my way to come here.
There was not one because here and now they have made a complete renovation of the restaurant and the train longer made and there are more sitting places now what is good so they do not always wait to get a table as much eating is still good service: dine in
