Customer service was really bad when verifying an order. Front of desk host said she didn’t know what an order number was and was very serious! She then proceeded to tell me she has nothing to do with that part of handing me the correct order! Service: 1

I visited Kobayashi this past weekend with my family and I was truly impressed! My family enjoys dining there, so I had to give it a try. The orange chicken was incredibly flavorful, featuring real pieces of orange zest! I appreciated the bento option, which included soup, salad, and two pieces of sushi—it was delicious! My husband ordered the General Tso’s dinner and he loved it as well. We were especially fond of the crab Rangoon; it’s definitely a must-try! I will definitely be returning. We celebrated my grandma’s birthday, and the staff was very kind and accommodating to our large group.
