Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Norcross

No chocolate chips in chocolate chip ice. mint chocolate chip was eggy, as if it had been omitted and was frozen again. not good. there is a huge pot in the entry drive that could seriously damage your car or tire. that is a sign of a badly managed company.

Good ice cream, staff are friendly but not very professional. It may have been an exhausting day for them, but our ice crean was perfect.

Horrible spot all their ice cream is melted like liquid and still has the nerve to charge you for it. and employees are not helpful at all started acting sarcastic with me like it’s a personal problem. get your Shiii straight brusters

Go to a different Brewsters this one serves melted ice cream with no good service employees. Their excuses are just unreal to even be believed.

Went to this place for a simple 8 round cake and ordered it online the day before vanilla and caramel sauce . I was late a few hours to pick up the cake, but when I got there, they told me they didn't even have the cake ready. They told me they didn't have vanilla left, so I opted for Oreo. The cake came back 20 minutes later with the writing messed up and ugly. It said Congratulas instead of congratulations Minimal effort and rude staff who were unsanitary and on their phone when I came by. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're picking up
