Business was really slow and there 3 employees and the area where the tables are it's really dirty while all 3 of the cashier were inside. One was actually visible that she was just sitting not doing anything but being on her phone. What a terrible work they do.
I bought a veggie sub at this location. The clerk at the counter who identified herself as Kareena was absolutely rude and argumentative overt the name of the sub. She insisted that I had bought a veggie delight. When I asked her if that was the one with the party in it she rudely responded that 's veggie max. My question to her was if subway had changed the names. She continued with her high pitch ignorant attitude and responded No, we never changed name . Her attitude and tone was unfriendly and extremely rude. I asked her if she could just ring up the subway as I really did not want to argue about the name of the sub. This did not end here. She loudly announced to her someone inside the kitchen that I was arguing with her while I was standing there. I guess the clerk wanted to make sure that she is right. When I asked her name and her boss name she responded , I quote, please say something to my boss. Her name is Saleema. Good Luck . It seems this subway doesn 't have any respect for customers who give them business. They lack customer service etiquette and ethics to run the business. Additionally, the tables were dirty and other customers had to come call the employees to place their orders The only attitude I experienced from the clerk kareena was that she knows it all and she is right and her loud tone with total lack of appropriate attitude
I ordered a couple of the $2 nachos. The advertisement shows cheesy nachos with jalapenos. I received a boxed with barely any cheese and no jalapenos. I asked about this and was told you have to request the jalapenos and extra cheese would cost more???? That 's unacceptable. I could understand paying extra for extra cheese but I 'm not asking for extra, I 'm just asking for an appropriate amount. They added the jalapenos but added cold cheese on top. I said, this is cold and they responded oh, you want it toasted? . I mean, your advertisement doesn 't show nachos with a glob of cold cheese and no jalapenos on it; that would not have brought me in here. So, they took the box again and warmed the cheese. It was busy; it get it. However, there is no excuse for the lack of courtesy, and rushing to the point that the simplest of orders aren 't prepared correctly.
I order from subway app and orderd from wrong location and i called it took 20 rings before someone pickedup I wanted to cancel and get a refund back to my form of payment. The person I talked to said she did not understand me I spoke engjlish very well and I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she said they don't have one. I know for a fact they have one. She asked for my number and she said the manager will get back in contact which i know is a lie. cause she the hung the phone up rudely. This is the worst location for subway. I am not a happy camper . I will be sending this to the bbb about this location as well.and disputing with my card company as well.
Guy was friendly at all, then he didn't wrap my sub after I asked him to, he continued to put it in a paper bag. He obviously didn't understand my English, and kept saying yes to me trying to put tape stickers on the bag to seal it. I can't eat at places if uyou can't understand what I'm saying!
