I will always go out of my way to try a place that offers vegan options even if it's as simple as a tofu scramble.

This time I went I got a shrimp and avocado omelette and it was cooked perfect. The shrimp was nicely seasoned and the avocado was nice and ripe my favorite things about Charlie's omelette is how fluffy they are! I had a side of grits and I'm usually really picky about how my grits are cooked but they are one of my favorite places to get grits.
