Pendulum Fine Meats - Norfolk

I hadn't visited this restaurant in quite some time, but I won't be waiting that long again! The hospitality, service, and food were all outstanding. They offer a fantastic variety of sandwich options. I tried the Butcher Sandwich, which features roast beef, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, spicy ancho mayo, and is served on house-made focaccia alongside a house salad with their homemade vinaigrette. I also had the Cleaver Burger, made with house-ground beef, bacon, American cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, shredded lettuce, marinated tomatoes, and Cleaver steak sauce. Everything was delicious!

I had the Cuban sandwich with French fries, and both were absolutely delicious! This is likely the best Cuban sandwich I've ever tasted; the meat is flavorful and juicy, unlike what you often find elsewhere. The bread is light and complements the meat, cheese, onions, and pickles perfectly. The fries have a nice crisp on the outside while remaining fluffy on the inside. I highly recommend this place!

Everything here is well priced and delicious, even if you aren't coming here to eat. The drinks, the cheeses, the meat selections, everything looks and tastes amazing. Cannot wait to come again

We wanted to sample as many meats as possible, so we ordered the Assistant (roast beef, cheddar, smoked onion, and horseradish sauce on focaccia bread) and the Cattle Baron (two beef patties, cheddar, smoked onions, pickles, shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo, bacon, all on brioche buns). The roast beef in the Assistant was rich in flavor and perfectly seasoned, while the onion and horseradish sauce truly elevated the sandwich! The Cattle Baron was fresh and juicy, making for an enjoyable meal.

I usually don?t like meaty sandwiches. My partner said this is famous we should check out and I couldn?t say no. I chose Cubano because it has spicy mustard yes I love spicy food. In the end Cubano was the best. I also really appreciate spicy sauces; honey habanero and jalapeño. They go well with everything! I also encountered my friend?s mom who lives in VA beach! Obviously, this place is a place to go. Overall, fun and delicious experience!
