Wendy's - North Bay

My visit to Wendy's on Lakeshore left me with mixed feelings. The staff's customer service was lacking, with some employees showing a lack of friendliness. However, the manager's professionalism and willingness to address concerns stood out positively. The food quality was consistent with Wendy's standards, but the overall experience could have been improved by a more welcoming staff.

Worst service ever, i ordered cheese potato, the potato was so old it was smelling, even the burger i ordered i specifically told them add cheese sauce instead cheese slice, still they added cheese slice, i am not coming back!

Coming from the US where strawberry frosties have replaced vanilla, I was thrilled to get a vanilla frosty at this location! Nice people, prompt service. Will be back!

Asked for a son of a baconator, and this is the amount of bacon they think is acceptable???? It’s one piece of bacon split into 4. They also messed up our other burger which we specifically asked for a jr. cheese burger add bacon because it comes with no lettuce, tomato, or mayo and told them not to put these on. There’s still all of those plus more that aren’t even meant to be on the burger. It’s probably more worth driving across town to the other location

Today March 5, 2023 I ordered 2 baconator combos at the drive tru window, then i drove home to open my bag of 2 cheeseburger combos, paid extra 10 for nothing, really disappointing and didn't want to drive back and waste another hour of my life to get bad service. Beware of your bag at drive thru window as they will scamm you , charge you full price and give you cheap order.
