Not a good experience, their bread is shrinked and doesn't even look like a footlong. 6 inches is never cut properly and you end up with less then 6 inches. Plus, they don't make it properly either, put a little bit of toppings. I hope they make thebread proper size and make it generously.
This store has always missed putting toppings/sauces in my subs when i ordered through app and picked it up. I let it go many times and didn't bother complaining. To avoid the order being messed up again today I went there right after placing app orderto see my order being made to which they totally objected. I stood back as they said and picked my subs and came home. Yet AGAINmy sub was missing things toppings/sauces. This time i decided to confront the issue and gave them a call. Absolutelyunacceptable how they blamed it on me for being present in the store for the mistake. The owner said that they rush when thecustomer is standing there?!! Really? Then why cant you let me stand right there and remind you your job and read the onlineorders carefully? Ultimately he suggested we should not be ordering through the app and place order at the store if we want achance to stand their and see the order being made. I asked him why cant we use app and use coupons to what he immediatelyignored said i m busy with a customer and hung up on me. Conclusion- they dont want us to use deals through app if we want oursandwiches made to our liking which is absolutely unfair and disgusting.
I went with my friends and I?m telling you everything was amazing. The food? Hot and baked, cheese had that extra extra stretch. The s?more cookies were to die for. The customer service was even better, The lady was so nice, I couldn?t hear the man and hekept his patience even after he repeated it 3 times. And I think the third person was there son who was also very nice. They hadfree wifey and comfortable seating. I recommend it 100 times over! Definitely will be back!!
They stole my card information from my Subway account and purchased about $40 worth of stuff from this subway. I called to speak with the manager and the man told me it's not his problem. The Arab man named Kiran I spoke with was rude and no help. I filed apolice report against this Subway because how the hell am I in California ordering food in New Jersey for pick up?!! Absolutelyridiculous, do not eat here they are a bunch of scammers! I'm calling corporate as well!
