The Flame Broiler - North Hollywood

This is not the Flame Broiler I remember from a few years ago. The chicken was overcooked, and the sauces offered were Teriyaki or buffalo in pre-portioned containers, rather than the pepper-based sauces I remember from larger pump dispensers. However, the cashier was friendly and the portion size was generous.

I think Flame Broiler doesn't get enough credit. The food is incredibly tasty and the service was excellent.

The service was slow and only one man was in charge of handling the cashier, not washing his hands before handling and serving the customers.

Worst Flame Broiler I ever. No music or any sound there, his creepy. No rest. Half of the chairs were still stacked as if they were ready to be open. The owner works there and is very lazy with bad customer service. The food was boiled. Certainly not back to this place.

Every time, I go I am pleased at the following. #1 the service always outstanding #2 the quality of the food always fresh #3 cleanliness always clean especially now after covid19 extra clean A+ in my perspective
