New Open Kitchen - North Lanarkshire

Waited 2 hr 30 mins for an order tonight, soup tasteless about 4 bits of chicken and frozen, noodles freezing to, wevuse this takeaway alot but tonight will be the last.

I called the restaurant at 6:45 PM to place a takeout order and was informed that it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. We picked up our food at 7:30 PM, but when we got home just 2 minutes later, the food was frozen solid. We had to microwave everything to be able to eat it. I called the restaurant to complain, but was put on hold for 5 minutes before being offered a replacement meal for pickup. The service was disgraceful. They should not be selling cold food, especially to customers who arrive on time. After being a loyal customer for many years, I will never be returning to this restaurant.

We waited for over 2 hours for our food, only to receive cold and inedible dishes. When we tried to call and complain, there was no answer. Neither my partner nor I were able to eat anything. It was a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise avoiding this restaurant. If possible, I would give it negative stars. The food was bland, cold, with uncooked chips and even some items appeared to be rotten.

Placed an order through the Just Eat app and received the wrong order. When they finally did bring the correct order after a few phone calls I opened it to find what was supposed to be peking sauce from the chicken wings spilled all through the vegetable chow mein. Not recommended.

I had a positive experience with this takeaway a few weeks ago and left a good review, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The delivery was extremely slow, as other reviewers have mentioned, and the delivery person was unfriendly. The food was overly salty and not worth the wait. I will not be taking a chance on this takeaway again and will instead opt for a more reliable Chinese restaurant in the area. The negative reviews were accurate in my case.
