The new owners have gone beyond and beyond to make sure that we can still keep our monthly car club meetings here while renovating the location. nothing is too much annoying. we are all very grateful to them and wish them all what is best when it comes back to and ends.

Really disgusting. two nights booked. within 30 seconds my second night cancelled. form. dust. stained carpets. stench. smoky. smoky. disgusting bathroom (show the light cable.) shy outside. tab butts everywhere. in the room. bed was terrible. the images speak... thousand words. I travel weekly with work and stay every week in various hotels. that's, hang down, that takes the hotel where I've ever stayed. for 70 pfund per night? I'd rather sleep in the car. (only comment is the young girl at the reception was very helpful in refunding me for my canceled second night)

I can't blame anything about this place, that all the employees are so inviting and a coworker went out of the way to be polite and even with our names was called courtney and definitiw a fortune in the restaurant. eating is always fresh and hot. the environment is so codified sure what is so important for me.

We booked a room for the night, not knowing it is also used as a hostel for the homeless who where all congregating in the corridor outside our room. Staff admitted they don’t tell people this as no one would book. We attempted to get...a shower in the room but it was broken and had very low pressure. The bath is very small an adult would struggle to get in it and be comfortable. At no point while here did we feel safe leaving our car in the car park. The restaurant smelled mouldy and needed a really good clean and redecorate. We decided not to stay the night and booked somewhere else. We were refunded half the cost of the room. So it cost us £40 for a shower that didn’t even work properly. We will never return even just for drinks and will be advising family and friends to stay away. Such a shame as this could be a really nice place if someone cared about it.
