Dick's Last Resort Myrtle Beach

When you go to Dicks Last Resort you are ultimately paying for the experience. The food is okay at best but not up to par with the amount you pay, but the staff and environment are something I recommend everyone to experience at least once. We visit every time we go to the beach

This was our last night at the beach and I am super sad that we waited so long to go. The food was amazing and worth the price. The waitress that took care of us was so funny and took care of us really well. The music was a little loud but that didn’t really bother us. We can not wait till next year to go again!!! If you have the chance to go do it because you won’t regret it and have the catfish because it was superb!!!!

By far the best dining experience in Myrtle Beach!!

Ehhh. One time experience. Probably won’t go again. One thing I didn’t like was we were trying to order appetizers and he was kinda rushing and being rude “which I totally understand and expected as this is what Dicks is about”. First thing he said was “what are you eating” Didn’t ask what drinks or appetizers we wanted. After we told him our meal choices then he came back for drink orders for 5 seconds. Food was average.

We made a reservation and I called the day of to confirm there was an error. When we got there we waited an hour and they forgot us and quickly sat us at a table when I inquired. The table was very close to the band and we could not hear the waiter speak or each other. Since this is supposed to be a funny experience, my recommendation would be to have a stand up comedian interacting with the crowd instead of a band when you can not hear the waiter or each other. The food was moderate.
