Sonic Drive-in - North Platte

I love sonic, but this was not on standards. order them further (app) while on a road trip, rose there, checked in a stall, waited 20 minutes. Finally, the load called out of the stall and was said, no stall delivery, only passing through. my burger was lukewarm (cheese darts were cold) as he had waited for me for over 15 minutes.

Was first in the line,got service of our food on the parking after 30 minutes! the cappuccino was not like an icey coffee donalds! the frit was obviously not cleaned in the old!huh was burned and greasy like the toys, so much too many pickles on the burger, French pommes were burned and greasy, the participant had no change when she finally delivered our food, no seasoned at all! the order area for the drive up needs a better way to see it as there are no heads to them, it is there! this sonic is now a thumb down

Do not stop here unless they have all the time in the world. order a grilled cheese and pommes thought this would be a quick trip through spot, then waited 45 minutes in the drive through and never got any food. someone came to the window from the terrace and “ordered $81 worth on food” they had a hard time to fill this order together with the few cars that seemingly travel through. the two cars before us were still there when we had left and had not received any of their accusations, so I am sure that the total waiting time had been up an hour.

Visit date: 09/24/22 at 2:30 o'clock waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru, as it only 3 cars in the line. ordered two 3 pieces huhn tender meals plus an additional rt44 kirsch limeade. I have to go into the window and the guy tried to give us a big dr. pepper. when we told him what we ordered, he had no idea what we were talking about, so we just had to go without eating, because he was completely unclear how to correct the situation.

Absolutely horrible experience. We sat at the kiosk for almost ten minutes and watched three cars go through the drive Thru before we even got a chance to order. End up going through drive thru instead and wait for over half an hour for our food. We watched all the employees run around to make drinks, text on their phones and talk. Two employees left while we were waiting with four cars behind us. The girl said our “food was being made fresh” and when we finally got it after almost an hour of being there our tater tots were basically cold, the burgers were meh. The only thing actually hot was the chicken and mozzarella sticks out of four meals we ordered. Not to mention we got a marinara sauce with a hole in the lid. Should’ve just gone to Qdoba across the street. Wouldn’t go back.
