Sunny Street Café

Our team just left from Sunny Street Cafe about an hour ago. If I could leave zero stars I would. Our server, a middle-aged thin Caucasian woman with dark hair was absolutely horrible! She took nearly 15 minutes to take our food order, was unfriendly, and did not even bring over our one check for the table. Another server did. I cannot quite put my finger on but it was as if “she could not care to be bothered with our table.” It seems as though we missed the rush as there were plenty of empty tables when we arrived. The service was slow and subpar. We will NOT be returning. Consider hiring staff that at least pretend to like the job that they chose.

This cafe is so cute! I saw the photos of the pancakes on Google and had to try them. The cinnamon roll pancakes are delicious! I will be ordering them every time I go back.

I come here often with my family, and sometimes alone, and I have zero complaints about this place. The atmosphere and food are always consistent, making it a reliable spot for a delicious breakfast. Today, however, they made a small mistake that turned into a shining example of excellent customer service. Our toddler had to use the facilities, and while we were away, our table was mistakenly cleaned off before we returned. As I was walking back to the table, the staff had already noticed the mistake, reordered our same plates, and were very apologetic. Their swiftness and accountability were admirable. The entire team was great and accommodating. I wasn't upset at all—surprised, yes—but their willingness to accept accountability and make it right is something every other business should mirror. It's impressive that they cleaned everything so quickly, noticed their mistake, and corrected it before I even returned to my table. This place will continue to be where I bring my family for a delicious and welcoming breakfast. I never have issues here, and today's experience just reinforced why I keep coming back. Best service ever.

Great place across the board. The prices were a little steep, but still reasonable in light of the quality. One of the best breakfast steaks I have ever had. I have only been here once and am passing through, but this would be my go to place if I lived near here.
