Starbucks - NORTH WALES

I made a mistake with my order today, and after mentioning it, they kindly fixed my drink. I felt a bit guilty, but they were very understanding. While some staff members seemed a bit gloomy, most of them were really nice. I also love that they provide free cups for water!

I had the ice-cold nitro brew with sweet cream and vanilla syrup, and it was absolutely amazing!

There was a long line, but it moved quickly with five staff members working. The cleanliness inside was impressive, and the service was very friendly. It was nothing out of the ordinary, just a typical Starbucks reminiscent of how they used to be consistent, no matter where you were in the country.

That's why I'm really ready to come to this mall. I'm so happy there's a starbuck here.

Extremely hard working staff! This location gets very busy despite being small. I've seen some of the most horribly rude customers here but the staff does an amazing job at handling the situation. I wish people tipped them as well as other stores
