Contribuer aux commentairesThey don’t take mobile orders unless you keep following up. What’s the point of ordering in advance if they only prioritize in-person customers? They either won’t process your order until you plead for it, or they’ll let it sit behind the counter until it gets cold, and no one will notify you or distribute the orders at all!
I had a peach quencher from this place, and I have to say it was delicious! I'm usually quite hesitant to try new drinks, but while I was on a call, all I could say was how delicious it was!
I ordered a chocolate hazelnut muffin but received a chocolate chip muffin instead. The coffee I was served wasn’t fresh either. Additionally, I witnessed some unprofessional behavior from the staff; there was a girl wearing a hijab who made an incorrect coffee order, and instead of managing the situation politely, she continued to argue with the customer. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.
I waited nearly ten minutes just for a small black coffee. After my number was called, I received my coffee without the staff saying thank you or even making I contact with me. I walked a few meters to get a seat, and the cup started leaking and spilling even with the lid closed. I opened the lid at the table and saw that the coffee was ridiculously overfilled. Who knew it was so hard to pour a cup of coffee? Never coming back here.
You should make your employees wear name badges. So, the costumers report their behaviour. At 10:30 pm today this black thin lady was so angry towards the customers. I felt really bad how she treated an old man just now.
