It is unbelievable how unprofessional the employees are for lunch The service is so slow you can except to wait 30+ minutes just for tacos last time I come here

The food is Okey, service is Okey and head cook is slow and rude. It took way to long and you can see the man just laze around not taking it seriously

Wow what a disgrace. I came here a couple of days ago because I was hungry and wanted something different. I was greeted nicely by the lady, however our food took over an HOUR to come out. I am a server as well and i understand understaffing, and being overworked etc. but this was just crazy. My first bad review on anywhere in my entire life. There was a full staff and we were the only people in the restaurant besides one other family that already had their food. They were not busy. No grubhub deliveries, no rush, nothing. We were looking at all of these technicalities just in case to make some sort of reason why our experience was so awful.. Our order wasnt complicated to take that long. Very simple. I make the same thing at home since im puerto rican and it takes less than an hour. also considering it didnt seem like it was even fresh it seemed like it was already prepped and reheated or microwaved. There was probably 7-8 workers. Half of them were going in the bathroom almost every second, one of them was wearing gloves and one had their hand in their shirt with no gloves on. No customer service whatsoever. No i apologize for wait! Nothing. Of course we still tipped in the beginning and didnt want to complain in person because we were just so tired after waiting for our food for so long we just wanted to get out if there.... Ive never been so shocked. Some of them were sitting doing nothing while there was basically one man making all the food. It was a disgrace. We finally get the food and its cold.. not cooked fully or even a little warmth to it. It tasted like leftovers that you reheat and a stale taste to it.

I'm in town for a little while and decided to order on UberEats. My food was ready in a heartbeat. It was hot and flavorful. This place definitely hit the spot for j chicken. The chicken was so tender it was falling off the bone. The rice and beans were also moist and a nice touch to pair with the chicken.

This food is terrible. No seasoning and no sauce. On top of that, they got the whole order wrong. I ordered j wings and got honey bbq. Ordered white rice and got some yellow rice with beans. Ordered coco bread, didn’t even get it. Ordered a pineapple soda and got a champagne soda that was nasty!!! My husband ordered the j chicken entree and it was so dry he almost choked. Either way save yourself the money and order elsewhere.
