Casey, I think they're a manager or shift leader or something similar, was awesome! Super personable and gave us a great experience. Great food as usual, too

The food hasn't been as good as it used to be at this location. The crew are still very polite though

We love all Chick-fil-A's, but the Northport Chick-Fil-A is our favorite. Fast service, kind staff, clean building, and good food.

The chicken was really old and dried out. I ask for potatoes and gravy , I get home, it's red beans and rice. Very poor service.
