Applebee's Grill In Mcm - nville

RE: UPDATE: APPLEBEE'S has once again dropped the ball when it comes to food preparation. It is incredibly disappointing to see repetitive and preventable food preparation disasters when proper food preparation would actually have been easier to accomplish than what was served. A roll up is not a quesidilla and easier to prepare. I gave the benefit of doubt the first time we received a grilled soggy mess instead of the usual rollup that we have ordered for years, but after the third repeated failure I decided to recant my previous positive review. Once again I am disappointed and confused as to what is happening that the failure is so systematic and similiar that I assume there has been a breakdown of training and communication in the cookstaff. Do better Applebee's, I'm sure this isn't a failure at cookstaff level and more likely a lack of proper recipe training and communication. My girlfriend has in the past worked for Applebee's in several locations and this is not how food should be served. Do better. UPDATE: APPLEBEE'S has been on point lately with no issues at all, so I have decided to update my earlier review. I will increase stars over time as the great service and food continue. The double cheeseburger was terrible. Overcooked, the patties were half-sized, with burned edges and cheese, vegetables barely existed, and food was cold. I've had better $1 burgers from McDonald's, and this was supposed to be a $15 burger with two big patties. #neighborhoodburger #Applebee's #bad #chickenfajitarollup

For a chain restaurant, I would expect consistency. The drinks took a long time to come to the table. Our app arrived before the drinks. We were not offered water. We had to ask for them while we were waiting on our drinks from the bar. My husband ordered a crown sour and got mostly sour. We had to ask for it to be remade. My husband ordered the fiesta lime chicken. Overall, it was OK, but the rice was really dry. I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It was very tasty with the exception of the char on the chicken.

This place is just like heaven, I eat here every Sunday.

Applebee's in McMinnville is my favorite restaurant! They have the absolute best servers and management staff! If I ever have any issues they handle them with the most delicate care! Top star! Definitely recommend!

Stopped in for lunch, and both of us had a great salad. Very friendly and attentive server. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend when your in McMinnville, TN!!!
