Sharks Fish Chicken - Oak Forrest

This location DOES NOT take orders correct. Both times my orders were very wrong!! They were NOT sauced like requested nor was there sauce on the side like I requested. Additionally they charged for mild sauce. Also did not tell me about the 3-5% extra for using debit card, just gave me a receipt with the additional cost. When I asked the girl about it she says oh I forgot to tell you I will NOT return I’ll continue to go the Sharks a few blacks away from here.

I called and got an immediate response. A very brief conversation although food was not prepared within the ten minute time frame. It was delicious and the cashier was very welcoming

The cashier lady lied and said she gave me a 10 pc wings but gave me a soda with 6 pc wings with a soda and said she was giving me a soda on the house for my daughter. I should have checked the bag before I left but I was rushing to get to my house for new year countdown. S/n the food looked old too.

I can only comment about the food because we tasted it for the first time this weekend and we had the fried chicken! Omg!! Great chicken it was said over and over at the party! The BBQ sauce was amazing too! Whoever friend the chicken for the catered trays on Saturday 12/30 it was perfect!! We live near by and will be ordering from here soon!!!

Gross ! How do you overcook shrimp and have soggy falling off breading? Says on receipt 12 shrimp there were only 10. Supposed to come with bread and slaw that were missing. Fryer oil could use a change also. Plus it took about 25 minutes. Will NOT be going there again. Countryclub hills way better.
