Kc Baby Back Ribs - Oak Grove

Older looking gas station but looked like just The right place to have ribs. For the good, the beans and potato salad were out of this world. Service was great. And they got the food right out. For the bad.... the ribs were a C- at best. VERY dried out.

Had the three meat combo it was really good the staff was very nice.

Read some mixed reviews on here which made us nervous. We ordered ahead and brought to our hotel for chow time. The place looks are deceiving, looks like a hole in the wall tastes like a grade A barbecue! We enjoyed two slabs of ribs, potato salad, and bbq beans. Everything was exceptional and we had enough for the next day as well! Reheat was just as awesome!!! Definitely recommend the stuff we had!

Make sure you order ahead to get the best service if you passing though on 70. When it comes to Ribs, these guys are definitely doing it right. I get special requests frequently from friends and family in Omaha to bring them KC Baby Back Ribs. Try the spicy ones!

This is a bbq joint but yet they don’t use a grill or anything? Meat is soggy like it’s been in a steamer and it’s burnt ends , sausage looks like it’s been boiled because it has no grill taste what so ever . Very disappointed
