Pinheads New River Gorge - Oak Hill

This place is absolutely horrible I do not recommend The food was extremely hot, I burnt my mouth on chicken (needed the hospital ASAP) also I asked for boneless chicken and it had all kinds of bones in it!! My child choked on a bone when I told the woman she just brushed it off and told me to get over it. The fries were too salty I almost got chocked when I put it in my mouth. I asked for ice water and I only received one cube of ice, It melted so fast. The water was also very warm. After all that happened me and my family just decided to go bowl but the bowling balls had a weird goo on them!? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I went up and told the worker she told me shut up and clean it off myself. It was WAY TOO HOT someone needs to turn on the acthe people around us were extremely rude. At one point someone told me I was a boomer? WHAT IS A BOOMER!? My kids had to use the bathroom so me and my wife brought them in there. The bathrooms stunk so bad it was a horrible smell. The sinks were so hard to work and not alot of water came out. Unbelievable! The place was so crowded we could verily even movie to get our ball and bowl. After this me and my kids went home upset and very angry. Turns out the goo was aids. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS TRASHY PLACE EVER AGAIN

I really enjoy bowling here. The food is consistently excellent, and the bar has a fantastic selection. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The lanes were well-maintained, the beer was cold, and the service was outstanding. You can reserve lanes in advance to make sure you have a spot for bowling.

Very impressed with this place. They food was very good and came out so quick! We stopped here while on vacation with 4 kids. They had a blast and the adults enjoyed it too. Very friendly staff!

I went there for a field trip for OHMS. Best day ever. I will be going again with my family
