Wendy's - Oak Park Heights

Was served a spicy chicken sandwich today that was raw in the middle. Only took 1 bite of raw chicken. When I went in to inform them, they offered me another sandwich and double fries. Had to inform them I was 100% not hungry and I wanted my money back. They couldn't figure out how to reverse a credit card transaction so they just gave me cash. This will be the last time I eat Wendy's

Burgers came out perfect and the fries were fresh. I would always stop by after chilling at my LGS.

Lady scammed me $15 even though I had a code that gave me a free meal and keep saying “not my problem” I will not be returning to this Wendy’s.

Staff is always abrasive. Food isn't as good as it used to be.

Yesterday, my wife and I went to the Wendy's in Stillwater to get the new Dream cycle frosty. It took forever for someone to come to the counter, I ordered the frostys, and when I got them, they were like water. I questioned the employee and he said that the machine was broke. I asked him if you knew that, why would you take my money and try to pass them off like everything was OK. He didn't answer me, he just gave me my money back. This is unacceptable.
