This place is my fav last night spot in my neighborhood. the mood is good and crazy. my go-to is the pineapple cocktail soju, maiskäse, Kimchi pancakes and one of the cold book-joint variations. it is a good, comfortable eating and the perfect good time around 11 o'clock. defend a neighborhood treasure.
I tried the kimchi pancake and spicy carbonara tteokbokki. the spicy carbonara tteokbokki is very heavy and very cheesy, so if you can't handle it don't order it. it's not as spicy as I would have liked it, it was not very spicy at all. I think it's a good heavy dish for when you drink, but having it on its own was okay. I did take the leftovers home and when I microwaved it the next day for lunch, something about it made it much tastier than the day before. It was satisfying as a leftover meal. Kimchi pancake was amazing. beautifully crispy and even with the oil, it tasted light and palatable. I went again just for the kimchi pancake
The food was very flavorful and delicious! We got the spicy carbornara tteobokki, azit rice, bulgogi nachos, bibimbap, and spicy cold noodle. Our overall experience was good except we found a piece of steel srubber in the carbornara tteobokki. They made us a new one without charging but wish they could’ve give us the option to take it off from our check.
Happy the place is open late. Got the bossam and bulgogi cheese fries. The bossam is a 3/5. It was dry and overall not super flavorful, but ok. The bulgogi fries is a 3.5/5. It was ok but also not super flavorful. I would definitely come again, but I would get other things.
