I recently had the worst customer experience at this restaurant. The staff gave me attitude for no apparent reason after I placed a large order. This will certainly be my last visit to this establishment. As for the food, I would rate it a 2 out of 5.
My first Imposible Burger after a year or so. It's so good ! It tasted much better now than when it first came out. In the other hand, this type of fast food restaurants should be called slow food as lately they are taking the triple of time than used to be. The waiting was too long today. i had to wait for about 20 minutes for my meal. I was the only car in the drive thru and a few people inside. At the beginning no one told me what was going on, then after 10 minutes !!! an employee approached to the window for letting me know the journey of my meal. He was kind and gave me a large fries and 2 pies for free. He seemed ashamed for the waiting and apologized. So probably it's a manager/administration issue or short in staff. Hopefully they will fix it. All the best !Vegetarian options: Imposible Burger (vegan/ vegetarian).
Some of the staff could try to be a little more courteous. Also, not a lot of care was taken in the assembly of my sandwich. As a person who has run a BK kitchen by myself, at a much busier location than this, i cannot except that things could not be done properly. No one likes a burger where all the toppings are bunched to one side.Food: 4/5
