Chuck's Roadhouse Grill - Oakville

My wife and myself visited the Oakville location for the first time today, Max was our server, the service was outstanding along with the food, by far the best price around.We will definately return with our family.

The beer was warm, almost like they put it in a microwave before serving me, the hostess at the front was grumpy, old and miserable, giving me sass for no reason. As i was leaving I was called a “faggot” by one of her little minions. This place is a dump with food that will make you sick, horrible service and the warmest beer you could imagine.

I came to have dinner the other day with my friend and the person taking care of us was Ayla. She was very welcoming and as someone who also works in customer service i am impressed with her welcoming vibe! She was wonderful and food was amazing as always . Love chucks roadhouse and always recommend this location because as the other people are probably just as welcoming and wonderful, Ayla has to be the best i’ve had ! Keep up the good work :

We keep hearing about how amazing Chuck's is. Honestly, I don't see it. I truly wasn't expecting much from a $9 burger with fries so I'm not too disappointed. Our burgers were dry and had very little in the way of toppings. Basically tasted like a Costco sirloin burger. It was fine, but I don't see the hype. Our daughter's kids meal was sooo tasty. Wish I had ordered the burger she got! Can't beat 6.49 either. The cheese dip was basic. Good, but nothing special. Our waitress was super sweet and really fun. However, it shouldn't have taken as long as it did to take our orders in an empty restaurant. Personally speaking, it's always hard taking our toddler out as crayons only amuse her for so long. Food came out quick though!I think I would try again, if just for those bomb onion rings and cheap beer prices..Kid-friendliness: Colouring mats and high chairs

I’ve been to many great restaurants but this was one for the books. Our waitress Ayla was amazing right off the bat. Always knowing what we wanted before we did ourselves. Keeping our drinks toped and always checking in. Great food and good service!
