For the sazio there is really only praise this time. we have eaten as an appetizer an excellent, smoked hard fish carpaccio on feldsalat as well as cocktail tomatoes with mozzarella, forest berry sauce and basilikumwaffeln. then a steak from angusrind on salat,- on the point medium roasted, stein Pilzravioli and gnocchi in tomato sauce. gratulation for the kitchen performance. This time everything was perfect.
That way. I would not have expected anything else in the Meddienkulturhaus wels: young, whistling, open and friendly. more bistro than restaurant, constantly good for surprises. preview is always worth it.
During our visit this time we felt much more comfortable. this is to be attributed to the friendliness and attentiveness of the chef and chefin of the house. we ate an excellent peach soup, tinted fish on warm potato salad (this time better, because tinted fish still not soft and firm in bite, but at least not gum-like; by adding the lemon column one could marinate itself according to the wish,) risotto with shrimps (unfortunately lacked a trace of acid and reminded us more of milk rice,) bark fill strips on ruccola (before roasted at the first time. but were rebuilt without standing, and were then excellent) and heavy-fish fillet with red-wine bulbs (this time better from the point of view, but still not perfect, which may be due to the excellent warm red-wine bulbs covering the fish again, and let them move on.) we drank a wonderful bottle primitvo special and excellent espresso. Conclusion: friendliness and cordiality excellent, therefore also a "very good" in the evaluation,- kulinar would be more precise and perfection, also due to the pricing, desirable.
The waiter very friendly, yet somewhat overwhelmed. we got olives (where these were rather tasteless) and brot. unfortunately no teller or spit on - we used to toothpick us. However, we were asked to have a bowl in which we were able to get rid of the olive kernels. as an appetizer I ordered a warm potato salad with pulpo. this was unfortunately not marinated (a splasher lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil would have already been enough) and the pulpo was unfortunately rubber and tasty, it is fair to note that I rarely tasted so good tomato in a restaurant. the grilled heavy fish as the main course, unfortunately too long fried and covered by the excellent red wine bulbs. please arrange the next two next. also the kartoffels were unfortunately overcooked or fried and very mehlig. the used crooks or the jars remain forever standing on the tables. we hope for our next visit that this was a single case and just a one-time pech. for a local in this price category you expect something else.
