Firehouse Subs Silver Springs - Ocala

Four out of four times that I ordered my sandwich online and it wasn't done right or was just terrible. Today I asked for extra roasted bread and not roasted at all. Said the employee, my sandwich doesn't look roasted. Your answer, you asked for a cold sandwich. What does the bread have to roast with a cold sandwich? Last week the bread was so sweet, I threw it away. The week before, the whole meat was in the middle. The week before, bread not roasted. If you are going to eat in this place, order inside and watch them. I have a sandwich for work every Saturday. I'm done. Not satisfied with them at all!

I've never been to a Firehouse Sub and I've been disappointed to this day... At first the bread has grown and the amount of meat and spices on my lower part was not worth the money I just spent. In any case, I would have asked for a refund if not the fact that I had to return 20 miles and it is not worth the gas money. There's a subway right next to me, but I decided to drive all the way to Firehouse because they're usually worth the money. Never again to this..

Don?t go! Staff are rude and dirty. The place was a mess in every way. I went for a meatball lower part, but after 7:00 they were told that they did not make meatballs anymore. I should come in before 2:00 to ensure the subprogramme. I was with others in the villages without problems and great service, but this place needs a new number of employees who care!

What can I say is Firehouse Subs. As usual, I had the ham and cheese part and a chocolate chip cookie. Very good food for a fair price. They were busy, and yet I got my sub and under 10 minutes pretty good guys.

Ordered online and they made my food right away instead of for what time I put for pickup. The subs were ice cold, falling apart and just not edible. Waste of money if you order online.
