Contribuer aux commentairesFrom here a large order for the family we visited during Christmas. I called to see if I could talk to someone to confirm vegan options, and the woman I spoke with was very sweet and helpful. vegans, the only product that is used fish sauce, is the pad thai. so they can do dings like pad-sees or drunk noodles (without ei) or some of their curries. I asked if it was possible to do a sesame tofu court (instead of sesam huhn), and they could do it! it was delicious, so I highly recommend that if they are more in the mood for tofu veg instead of noodles. (fyi, it sounded as if they were happy to leave the fish sauce and the egg on the pad thai, if that's what they feel none of the rest of my family is vegan, so they all have a lot of the noodle dishes as well as a fried rice and egg rolls and everything said it was delicious. when we came in to get the food, we mentioned that it was our first time, and the nice woman gave us two Thai tees free! and made them with cocos milk instead of milk. they were delicious. a great option for Thai with many vegan options! and also really sweet and helpful staff. we are looking forward to more of them on our next visit to ocala. updated by previous review on 2021-12-27
For the non-vegans in my family, they enjoyed a variety of noodle dishes, fried rice, and egg rolls, all of which were reported to be delicious. When we arrived to pick up our food, we mentioned it was our first time ordering from the restaurant and the staff generously gave us two complimentary Thai teas made with coconut milk instead of dairy. It was a nice touch that added to our overall positive experience. This restaurant offers a great selection of Thai food with ample vegan options and friendly staff. We are excited to return on our next visit to Ocala.
For lunch, we ordered drunken noodles, green curry with brown rice (both with tofu), and veggie spring rolls. The food was expertly cooked and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the sweet and sour sauce, which was not as overly sweet as in other places. Typically, I avoid sweet and sour sauce, but I found this one to be quite tasty.
I am particular about my Thai cuisine, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the massaman curry, red curry, and drunken noodles that we ordered (with a note for vegan and no egg).
I recently picked up a large order from this restaurant for family we were visiting over Christmas. I called ahead to inquire about vegan options, and the woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She informed me that the only item with fish sauce was the Pad Thai, but suggested alternatives like pad-see-ew or drunken noodles without egg, as well as some of their curries. I asked if they could make a sesame tofu dish instead of sesame chicken, and they were able to accommodate my request. It was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it if you prefer tofu over noodles. They also mentioned they could omit the fish sauce and egg in the Pad Thai if desired. The rest of my family, who are not vegan, enjoyed their noodle dishes, fried rice, and egg rolls. When we arrived to pick up our food, the staff kindly gave us two complimentary Thai teas made with coconut milk. It was a great experience overall, with plenty of vegan options and a very helpful and friendly staff. I look forward to trying more dishes on our next visit to Ocala.
