Stopped in for dinner with friends, everything was very good. Highly recommend the place.
We arrived at 3:45 needed to wait until 4 o'clock to order off of dinner menu. We ordered appetizers and waited. At 4 the appetizers came out and the waiter took our order, 5 people in our group. One other table in the restaurant was occupied with 4 people who were leaving. Our dinner finally arrived at 5:15. Food was hot burgers were a little over cooked (burnt edges) chicken was dry and tough. Flavor was good. I will try again, I believe someone forgot to put our order in and then rushed the process. Waiter did apologize for the delay.
Great happy hour prices for martinis and manhattans
Where do I begin with the disappointment that is Pineapple Jacks? Could I start with the rude staff, or maybe the long wait times and overpriced food? No. I think I 'll start with the roaches. I 've been to this establishment a few times to try and give them a chance to redeem themselves but every time I go in there, I see roaches. Also, the staff can be rude and surly. I hadn 't decided on what I wanted to order once and the waitress just gave me a sigh of exasperation and rolled her eyes. This is very unprofessional. The food while sometimes good, is extremely overpriced. I did like the burger, but not enough to pay that much for another one. They used to have good drink prices during happy hour, but lo and behold I guess management got greedy, so they raised the prices. The one redeeming thing was one of the bartenders who used to work there I believe her name was Ariel , she was the most professional of the bunch. Without her there anymore, I have no reason to go. And this place will slide into obscurity and the ash heap of history.
