There was no wine card ( bottle wines.) on demand the chef 3 weine recommended - without price!. to the other tables was given broth. with us unfortunately not. eating was nothing special. the fish was served in a dish with a lot of salat. the spatula was very different cooked, in part the spatula tips were much too soft.
We came to this restaurant by chance after a day of wine visit and it turned out that we had a lot of luck. the a la carte menu is not long, but the selection is not common at all. ask the owner about the combination of eating and crying, as he has his own weeping and knows his dishes and his wine very well. we had the smoked saiblings tartar and it is excellent both in taste and in presentation. the circus is lovely and is perfectly accompanied by rose cabbage in an sour cherry sauce. the dizzying in espresso and pinot noir sauce was tender and excellent. we agreed to some commentary of the reviewers that eating has five stars, but not the price. the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and eating is more extraordinary standard. it is a real gem and has completely changed my perception of the German kitchen.
The restaurant is very nice furnished with high ceilings. I chose this restaurant for a romantic dinner. although the restaurant was almost full later and the waitress alone, it has delivered a super service. very attentive and fast.As an appetizer, there were field salad and barbariate for me. it tasted, it was just a little easier to dress because he had to leave the deco with me. my heart had goat fresh cheese mousse on orange slices with a pesto. that was not only great, but was also very original. as main food we both took the fish of the day. there were bachforelle with pell potatoes, served on a flat board. the chef was very attentive and sent me a pestosauce instead of butter. I found that very attentive to him. the menu is clear.
