It was good to support local Mexican food. You have really good food. Chips went amazingly in my opinion, but the salsa was good it was somehow a spicy witch was beautiful. The food itself was really good. I got street tacos and there was this bar so you could get your punches. I thought the food was great. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a worker coming out of the back, it could have been on break and she was on her phone. I'm not sure how the situation is, but she hasn't asked any questions. They have regular people coming for lunch so that the great food also shows. I definitely come back.
Traditional Mexican cuisine. I'm always looking for a place to get delicious Mexican roasted beans, rice and shredded pork. Emelia is this place. The menu has a lot to choose and they have a salsa bar, so you can add your own extras to your taste. I tried the pulled pig and it was delicious.
We stumbled upon this gem of a local Mexican restaurant by chance, and it did not disappoint! The food was fresh, served hot, and the portion sizes were generous. We tried the meat quesadilla, chile relleno, and a pastor combination, all paired with freshly made homemade tortillas. You absolutely have to try this amazing Mexican cuisine!
We just finished our meal here, and I am completely stuffed! The food is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was extremely friendly. The cuisine is very authentic, bringing back memories of the food we enjoyed in Cozumel. It’s a bit off the beaten path from the busy 1900, but it’s definitely worth the trip.
